I recently made a post about job options for pharmacists outside of hospitals and retail pharmacy, and yesterday this job ended up in my inbox from LinkedIn. It was perfect timing, and I couldn’t resist using it for today’s job spotlight. 

CVS is hiring a FULLY REMOTE Clinical Program Manager! 

As a Clinical Program Manager in the specialty pharmacy division, you’ll help develop clinical programs, support utilization management, and collaborate with providers and internal teams to improve patient care—without working retail.

What They’re Looking For:

  • Active pharmacist license (no retail experience required!)

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • 8 Years of healthcare related experience

  • 3 Years of Clinical Specialty Pharmacy experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting specialty pharmacy programs

  • Serve as the clinical expert on key business initiatives

  • Internal and external clinical education

  • Using your knowledge to improve outcomes, not just fill scripts

Fully remote with some travel, up to 15%

Pay range: $135,575.00 – $228,800.00
