This week, I found an exciting opportunity for pharmacists! CenterWell, a Humana company,  is currently hiring Senior Rx Clinical Programs Pharmacists for part-time and fully remote positions across the U.S. 

CenterWell is Humana’s healthcare services arm, focusing on value-based care and patient well-being. They provide both remote and in-person care for seniors.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive medication reviews (CMRs) and therapy interventions.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and patients to ensure safe, effective, and cost-efficient medication use.

• Educate patients on medication adherence, side effects, and interactions.

• Assist in optimizing drug therapy and managing chronic conditions.

• Work within CenterWell’s Clinical Pharmacy Review team to support patient health outcomes.

Salary & Benefits

This role is currently posted for 5 hours a day, 5 days a week Monday through Friday. There are set shifts, so you should be able to have a very predictable schedule. You can schedule personal appointments without using PTO or sick time!

The pay posted is $104,000 – $143,000 per year. Plus bonus!

It does state in the description that benefits are also offered, but since this is a part time role, I would clarify that during your interview process.
